Laura Hopkins
Founder
Laura has spent more than a decade working in dance media across America. She has led media productions for national competitions, studios, commercials and workshops—including masterclass collaborations with Savion Glover (Bamboozled) & Ebony Williams ('Single Ladies').
Laura is passionate about creating beautiful media that serves dance professionals and helps dancers feel confident in movement, growth, and beautiful documentation.
Ian Collison
Director of Human Resources
Ian brings a fun, and friendly approach to his role. With a background in psychology and business combined with real-world experience in global production and distribution, Ian has developed a unique understanding of both people and operations.

He brings his education and hands-on experience to help create a supportive environment on-site and off - where team members feel valued.

Outside of In Season Studios, Ian enjoys spending time with his dog, Bubs, who is considered an unofficial member of the team.
